Timo Lozano's Buleria Workshops THE BULERIAS WORKSHOP OF TIMO LOZANO 1.- Gives each student, whether beginners, intermediate, advanced or professional, an in-depth understanding of the Buleria's technique: A) Different ways to give a llamada. B) What part of the compás to come [¿to bring into the bulerias?] C) Where to end the bulerias. D) And most important of all, how long to keep dancing the Bulerias. It is imperative to remember that the Bulerias, most of the time is a dance that is usually performed at the end of a one or two hour’s concert. So, the success in the Bulerias is knowing the right time to finish. 2.- Allows the students to get in touch with their feels and emotions, which is known in flamenco as "DUENDE". Duende is what flamenco is all about. The method Timo uses to achieve his goal and helping each and every student, to reach the point of ecstasy or duende in the bulerias, consist in playing the CAJON in his classes. Talleres de Bulería de Timo Lozano THE BULERIAS WORKSHOP OF TIMO LOZANO 1.- Le da a cada estudiante, sea éste principiante, intermedio, avanzado o profesional, una profunda comprensión de la técnica de las Bulerías. A) Diferentes formas de dar la Llamada B) Conocer cúal parte del Compas viene dentro de las Bulerías. C) Cuándo se debe terminar la Bulería. D) Y lo más importante, CUÁNTO debe durar la danza por Bulerías. Es necesario recordar que la Bulería es una danza que usualmente es realizada al final de un concierto que casi siempre dura de una a dos horas. Por tanto, el éxito en las Bulerías radica en saber CUÁNDO terminar. 2.- Facilita el que los estudiantes estén conectados con sus sentimientos, con sus emociones. En el mundo del baile flamenco eso se conoce como "DUENDE." Ese duende por cierto, es justamente la escencia del Flamenco. El método que Timo utiliza para lograr que todos sus alumnos alcancen ese punto de éxtasis o "duende" durante sus clases de Bulerías consiste en tocar el Cajón. Muchos de ellos han dicho ….
